We charge 2% of the property purchase price for finding you an opportunity, charged only after you complete on your purchase. No reservation fees, no money up front. Additional services such as project management are quoted separately and explained clearly before you commit to anything.

How much capital do I need?

It depends on the deal and how you fund it. Many clients buy in cash, but I also work with expert brokers who can arrange funding or bridging if you need it. We'll talk through realistic numbers for your situation on the discovery call.

How long does a flip usually take?

Most run in the region of six to nine months from purchase to sale, depending on the scope of the refurb and the market. Every deal pack gives you a realistic timeline before you commit.

What if I'd rather hold the property than sell?

That's fine. If you'd prefer a buy-to-let or BRRR outcome, I can source and structure for that instead. We'll cover your goals on the call so the strategy fits you.

Can you help with funding?

Yes. My contacts include brokers and lenders, so if you need finance on a project I can point you to people I trust. The choice is always yours.
